The AUTOSAW2 Advanced Automated Asphalt Saw is a second generation fully automated asphalt saw by IPC Global with integrated clamping system, available across UAE and GCC through Burgan Equipment Co. The AUTOSAW2 allows for fast and accurate cutting of rectangular beams, trapezoidal prisms, overlay test specimens, semi-circular specimens, and trimming of cylindrical specimens.
Overview
The AUTOSAW2 Advanced Automated Asphalt Saw features an intelligent touchscreen control system, integrated rulers and reference blocks for fast and effortless specimen preparation. The fully automated system allows users to load their asphalt samples, input their desired settings, and continue with other tasks — saving valuable working hours in busy laboratory environments.
The AUTOSAW2 is supplied complete with an asphalt multi-slab jig and protection cabinet. It is suitable for asphalt specimens only and is not designed for cutting concrete or rock specimens.
