The BITUMAX Pro Asphalt Binder Analyzer offers a fast, safe, and solvent-free alternative to traditional solvent extraction methods. The system completes a full binder content test in less than 40 minutes — allowing laboratories to perform more than 12 tests per day without interruption. An independently controlled auxiliary afterburner chamber significantly reduces furnace emissions, ensuring compliance with CE prescriptions and modern laboratory safety requirements.
The BITUMAX Pro is supplied complete with a full accessory kit including a double sample basket, safety cover, extraction fork, and three meters of metal exhaust ducting, making the machine immediately ready for binder content testing upon delivery.
